Modern Desires may receive account details, email addresses, profile information, contact and support submissions, age-confirmation status, membership status, transaction or subscription references, device and browser data, IP information, login and security records, and hosting or server logs needed to operate and protect the site.
Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, remember age confirmation, provide and protect membership access, process support requests, maintain transaction and subscription status, send necessary service messages, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, keep security records, and comply with legal obligations.
The site uses WordPress login and session cookies and a site-wide age-confirmation cookie. The age-confirmation cookie records only that the visitor completed the adults-only self-confirmation and is retained for 30 days. Necessary cookies support authentication, preferences, security, and membership access.
When CCBill processes a membership transaction, CCBill collects and processes payment details under its own terms and privacy practices. Modern Desires may receive the identifiers, status, amounts, dates, and account information needed to fulfill the membership, but Modern Desires does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in WordPress.
Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, WordPress authentication, membership fulfillment, payment processing, site security, email delivery, or legal compliance. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Modern Desires is not directed to minors and does not knowingly offer accounts or memberships to them. If the site operator learns that information was submitted by a minor, the information and related access may be removed as appropriate.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for site operation, security, transaction records, disputes, and legal compliance. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored information. Privacy, account-data, correction, access, or deletion requests may be submitted through the official Contact page.
