These terms describe the rules for using the Modern Desires website, membership areas, and related content.

Modern Desires is available only to adults who are at least 18 years old and who meet any higher age requirement imposed by their jurisdiction or payment processor. CCBill may require customers to be at least 21 in certain jurisdictions. By using the site or purchasing a membership, each user confirms that they meet the applicable age requirement and that viewing adult-oriented material is lawful where they are located.
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity through their accounts. Accounts and membership access may not be sold, transferred, or shared. Modern Desires may suspend, limit, or terminate access for suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, scraping, unlawful use, or a violation of these terms.
Sweet Tease, Spicy Dream, and Nocturnal Desires are monthly recurring memberships at the price shown during checkout. A paid membership renews each month at that disclosed price until it is canceled. Applicable tax, when required, is shown in the checkout total. When live billing is enabled, CCBill processes the transaction and may present additional payment terms.
Customers may manage or cancel a CCBill subscription through CCBill Consumer Support. A cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid an upcoming recurring charge and is complete when CCBill confirms it. Charges already made are generally nonrefundable after digital access has been granted or used, except where required by law or approved by Modern Desires or CCBill. Higher membership tiers may include access granted to lower tiers. Failed, canceled, expired, refunded, reversed, or disputed payments may affect or end access according to the confirmed subscription status received from the payment processor.
Modern Desires grants authorized users a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to view membership content for lawful, non-commercial use. Users may not copy in bulk, record or capture content for redistribution, repost, resell, sublicense, publicly display, scrape, data-mine, bypass access controls, or use site content to train machine-learning or AI systems without written permission.
The Modern Desires design, branding, text, character names, illustrations, graphics, and creative assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and remain the property of Modern Desires or the applicable rights holder. Reports of alleged infringement, unauthorized distribution, or misuse must be submitted through the Contact page for review.
The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting, or third-party service reasons. Modern Desires may enforce these terms, preserve evidence of misuse, and cooperate with lawful requests.
